JACKSON ULTIMA RETURN POLICY

Changed your mind?  We’ll gladly accept unused or defective merchandise purchased on www.jacksonskate.com for return.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.  We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed.

 

RETURNS

Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

Please contact returns@jacksonultima.com to initiate your return.  Place unused or defective merchandise in a secure package.  If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Please note that Jackson Ultima Skates is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
